| dc.description.abstract | En el presente proyecto se busca diseñar un modelo de ruteo basado en la aplicación del algoritmo de recocido simulado para la distribución de productos en la empresa Multiacabados S.A.S en la ciudad de Barranquilla, reduciendo los costos actuales de distribución y brindando a la vez tiempos de entrega eficientes a los clientes. Paso seguido se presentará el modelo en un esquema de distribución en el cual se analiza no sólo el proceso sino las rutas adecuadas para mejorar dicho proceso y dado que la empresa Multiacabados S.A.S no tiene procesos de fabricación, justifica la no tercerización de las operaciones de distribución, enfocándose en el deber ser de su operación que es preparación, mezcla de pinturas y acabados para interiores y exteriores de acuerdo con las exigencias de sus clientes, entregando los productos en el domicilio del cliente y personalizando su portafolio con las características de la obra a desarrollar. Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones planteadas a la empresa, con el ánimo de que las sugerencias resultantes del proyecto puedan ser llevadas al ámbito real, permitiendo esto mejorar de forma significativa la eficiencia operativa de la organización. | spa |
