Abstract

La Formulación del Plan de Manejo Ambiental del humedal Simón Bolívar se realizó utilizando la metodología planteada con las directrices de la Resolución 196 de 2006 del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, donde se plantea la estructura del Plan de Manejo con los siguientes pasos de planificación: Preámbulo (Política), descripción, evaluación, zonificación, objetivos y plan de Acción. Mediante este proceso se logró tener una visión general de la problemática ambiental y social del sector, por medio de la obtención de información primaria y secundaria en temas bióticos, ecológicos, físicos, geográficos y socioeconómicos. Con base en esta información se plantearon objetivos del plan de acción junto con programas y proyectos que buscan recuperar, mantener, corregir y mitigar las condiciones socioambientales del sector y por medio de los cuales se plantean soluciones a la problemática encontrada. The Formulation of the Plan of Environmental Handling of the Simon Bolivar wetland was made using the methodology presented with the directives of Resolution 196 of 2006 of the Environment Ministry, Home and Territorial Development; where is exposed Handling Plan’s estructure with the following planning steps: Introduction (Political), description, evaluation, zoning, objectives and Action plan . By means of this process it was managed to have an environmental problematic general vision of and the social one of the sector, by means of the obtaining of primary and secondary information in biótics, ecological, physical, geographic and socioeconomic subjects. With base in this information objectives of the action plan considered along with programs and projects that they look for to recover, to maintain, to correct and to mitigate the socio-enviromental conditions of the sector and by means of which consider solutions to the problematic one found.
