dc.descriptionThe present article of reflection at the research level, advanced from a basically qualitative analysis in the understanding of the new realities that in the Andean region, the action of non-compliance must face in the harmonization of the current regime of a community fractured around the industrial property; especially at the time of the permanent tensions between the free trade agreements and their intellectual property chapters concluded by Peru and Colombia with the US, regulatory events that are the spring of Andean community law in accordance with Decisions 486 of 2000, 632 of 2006 and 689 of 2008.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo de reflexión a nivel investigativo, avanzó a partir de un análisis básicamente cualitativo en la comprensión de las nuevas realidades que en la región andina, la acción de incumplimiento debe afrontar en la armonización del régimen actual de una comunidad fracturada en torno a la propiedad industrial; especialmente en el momento de las tensiones permanentes entre los acuerdos de libre comercio y sus capítulos de propiedad intelectual celebrados por Perú y Colombia con los EE.UU, eventos regulativos que son del resorte del derecho comunitario andino de acuerdo con las Decisiones 486 de 2000 , 632 de 2006 y 689 de 2008.es-ES
dc.descriptionO presente artigo de reflexão em nível de pesquisa, a partir de uma análise basicamente qualitativa na compreensão das novas realidades que na região andina, a ação de não cumprimento deve enfrentar na harmonização do atual regime de uma comunidade fraturada em torno do propriedade industrial; especialmente na época das tensões permanentes entre os acordos de livre comércio e seus capítulos de propriedade intelectual concluídos pelo Peru e Colômbia com os EUA, eventos regulatórios que são a mola da lei comunitária andina de acordo com as Decisões 486 de 2000, 632 de 2006 e 689 de 2008.pt-BR
