Raynaud's phenomenon. Case report

| dc.description | We present the case of a female patient of 41 years of age, with a history of rheumatoid arthritis, discoid lupus, iron deficiency anemia, under treatment with chloroquine 150 mg day, prednisolone 40 mg day, folic acid 1 mg day; who enters for distal cyanosis of 3 and 4 phalanxes right hand after exposure to cold. Paraclinics show leukocytosis with neutrophilia, hypochromic microcytic anemia, thrombocytes, c-reactive protein, anti-turbulent antibody positive, complement, anti-DNA, anti-cardiolipin antibodies, negative anti-phospholipid antibodies, radiography of hands with peri-articular osteopenia, hydration, corticoids, cycle of cyclophosphamide, presenting later clinical improvement and proceeded to give the medical discharge to perform second cycle a month. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 41 años de edad, con antecedentes de artritis reumatoide, lupus discoide, anemia ferropénica, en tratamiento con cloroquina 150 mg día, prednisolona 40 mg día, ácido fólico 1 mg día ; quien ingresa por cianosis distal de 3 y 4 falange mano derecha posterior a exposición a frio. Paraclínicos evidencian leucocitosis con neutrofilia, anemia microcítica hipocrómica, trombocitos, proteína c reactiva, anticuerpo anticitruilina positivos, complemento, anti DNA, anticuerpos anti cardiolipinas, anticuerpos anti fosfolípidos negativos, radiografía de manos con osteopenia peri articular, Se inicia hidratación, corticoides, ciclo de ciclofosfamida, presentando posterior mejoría clínica y se procedió a dar la alta médica para realizar segundo ciclo al mes. | es-ES |
