Impacto del consumo de vino en la salud humana: Beneficios y riesgos documentados: una revisión bibliográfica

| dc.description.abstract | El presente articulo tuvo como objetivo realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre el impacto del consumo de vino en la salud humana y los beneficios que el mismo conlleva; para esto se tuvieron en cuenta 40 documentos científicos, que fueron obtenidos de diferentes bases de datos como Google académico, Scielo, PubMed, Redalyg, Elsevier, Dialnet, Scopus. Además, se implementaron los operadores boléanos y varios filtros en la fase de búsqueda. Igualmente, los artículos de revistas científicas que se tuvieron en cuenta para el presente documento fueron publicados en los últimos 5 años, desde el 2019 al 2024, que hablaban puntualmente del vino y sus efectos en la salud humana. Los procesos de búsqueda y selección de los artículos se llevaron a cabo de acuerdo con las orientaciones de la revista científica. mediante el flujograma de valoración PRISMA, se concluye que hay una relación entre el consumo moderado de vino y una disminución en el riesgo de enfermedades del corazón, gracias a los antioxidantes presentes en el vino, como los polifenoles y el resveratrol, además de prevenir otro tipo de enfermedades de tipo cardiovascular y cancerígenas. Algunos artículos provenientes de revistas científicas sugieren que el consumo moderado de vino puede estar asociado con un menor riesgo de demencia y enfermedad de Alzheimer, debido a sus efectos protectores sobre el cerebro. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The aim of this article was to conduct a literature review on the impact of red wine consumption on human health and the benefits it brings to human health, for this 40 articles were taken into account, which were obtained from different databases such as Google Scholar, Scielo, PubMed, Redalyg, Elsevier, Dialnet, Scopus, also carried out the implementation of the Boléan operators and various filters in the search phase, In addition, the review articles taken into account for this document were published in the last 5 years, from 2020 to 2024, that specifically addressed wine and its effects on human health, and the search processes and selection of articles were carried out according to the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) guide using the PRISMA assessment flowchart, it is concluded that there is an association between moderate wine consumption and a decrease in the risk of heart disease, thanks to the antioxidants present in wine, such as polyphenols and resveratrol, as well as preventing other types of cardiovascular diseases thanks to the antioxidants present in wine, such as polyphenols and resveratrol. Some studies suggest that moderate wine consumption may be associated with a lower risk of dementia and Alzheimer's disease, due to its protective effects on the brain. | spa |
