Evaluación de los procesos de fotocopiado y proveeduría de elementos de oficina implantados bajo la modalidad de outsourcing

Abstract

Nuestro proyecto de grado se llevo a cabo en la división de Servicios Generales en el Nivel Central a través de un estudio donde se compararon los costos antes y después de la implantación del outsourcing, además se realizó una evaluación cualitativa para medir el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios de los procesos y por ultimo se hizo un análisis cuantitativo donde se midieron las cantidades consumidas, todo esto con el propósito de dar pautas para el mejoramiento de estos procesos los cuales tienen un valor representativo por ser de gran importancia para la Entidad. Our project of degree was made at the section of the General Services in the Central level through the use of a study where it is compared the costs before and after of the outsourcing. At the same time was achieved a evaluation where we know how in quality is the grade of satisfaction of the processes usuries. Finally it was done an analysis where is measured how much is consumed. All this with the purpose of giving a guide time to make a better process which has a representative value because the will have a big significant for the company.
