Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma NTC ISO 9001: 2008 en el colegio Ateniense en búsqueda del mejoramiento continúo

Abstract

Se muestra el trabajo de grado con el título DESARROLLO DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD BAJO LA NORMA NTC ISO 9001:2008 EN EL COLEGIO ATENIENSE EN BÚSQUEDA DEL MEJORAMIENTO CONTINÚO, el cual inicio con la recolección de información de los diferentes procesos que tiene la institución Ateniense. Teniendo en cuenta que el sector educativo representa una de las áreas más fundamentales para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, puesto que este apunta a la invención de modelos que les permitan mayor competencia. No obstante, se presentan dificultades donde las instituciones no han priorizado en su proceso de gestión educativa, la implementación de un Sistema de calidad. Por ello, se da la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la calidad, donde el proceso de documentación tiene un lugar importante, la cual tiene como intención fortalecer una estructura y una conciencia en la organización, en un ambiente benéfico para que las personas puedan trabajar mejor, construyendo una estructura con un conjunto de habilidades. Asimismo, con el interés de la institución de mejorar en este campo y dándole a conocer los múltiples beneficios de la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, el Colegio Ateniense, inicia con el proceso de documentación en los procesos, para lograr ser competitiva y centrarse en la satisfacción de sus clientes a partir de sus respuestas para garantizar calidad en el servicio ofrecido por la institución.
