dc.description.abstractEl tema que se abordo fue el riesgo del transporte informal en Colombia, el porque se ha dado este medio de transporte en medio de la ciudadanía, que hace que las personas opten por este servicio informal y no uno legal, el riesgo de tomar este tipo de servicios, las causas que generan este medio de transporte, los tipos de transporte informal que existen y las posibles soluciones para minimizar el riesgo que este trae, fue un trabajo de tipo analítico jurídico.spa
