Identificación de los responsables solidarios de las obligaciones fiscales concernientes a industria y comercio dentro del municipio de Pereira

Abstract

En Colombia muchos contribuyentes se ven involucrados en sanciones pecuniarias, embargos, sanciones penales y cierre de establecimientos parcial o temporalmente, puesto que el código de rentas municipal establece tanto los deberes formales como las consecuencias por no cumplirlos. Por lo anterior el presente trabajo tiene como fin en primer lugar Identificar las obligaciones formales derivadas de los impuestos municipales por otro lado Identificar a los responsables solidarios de las obligaciones tributarias. Por último se busca consolidar una propuesta para concientizar e informar a los responsables de las obligaciones tributarias sobre sus deberes formales y su responsabilidad solidaria frente a los impuestos y así evitar o minimizar las sanciones a las que se enfrentan todos estos contribuyentes en su diario vivir.

In Colombia, many taxpayers are involved in pecuniary sanctions, embargoes, criminal sanctions and closing of establishments partially or temporarily, since the municipal rent code establishes both formal duties and consequences for not fulfilling them. Therefore, the present work has as its purpose in the first place Identify the formal obligations derived from municipal taxes on the other hand identify those responsible for the tax obligations. Finally, it seeks to consolidate a proposal to raise awareness and inform those responsible for tax obligations about their formal duties and their joint liability against taxes and thus avoid or minimize the penalties that all these taxpayers face in their daily lives.
