Desarrollo del sistema de gestión en salud y seguridad industrial bajo norma NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007 en la industria panificadora el Country Ltda

Abstract

El presente proyecto se llevará a cabo en una panificadora llamada INDUSTRIA PANIFICADORA EL COUNTRY LTDA en donde se realiza el planteamiento de un sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad industrial, dicha panificadora cuenta actualmente con 120 trabajadores, que deberán manejar maquinaria industrial para la fabricación de los diferentes productos derivados del trigo, por tal motivo los trabajadores podrían encontrarse expuestos a la ocurrencia de accidentes y enfermedades laborales sino se tiene una reglamentación y el correcto manejo de la misma; estos accidentes laborales pueden llegar a afectar la salud de los trabajadores lo cual puede traer como consecuencia una incapacidad temporal o permanente, el objetivo de desarrollar este proyecto es asistir a la INDUSTRIA PANIFICADORA EL COUNTRY LTDA en el área de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional utilizando herramientas ingenieriles que permitan resolver las diferentes inconsistencias, faltantes que tenga la industria en el campo de la salud laboral y disminuir los riesgos a los que se exponen tanto trabajadores como contratistas y visitantes. Se inicia realizando el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa en salud y seguridad industrial, consecutivamente se evalúan los riesgos laborales existentes mediante la realización del panorama de riesgos (Norma GTC 45) de tal manera que se determinen los riesgos con mayor grado y se generen recomendaciones y actividades de prevención; posteriormente se documenta el sistema de gestión en salud y seguridad industrial teniendo en cuenta los aspectos de la norma NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007 y finalmente se determina el beneficio - costo del presente proyecto de forma tal que sea una guía para que la empr

Starts making the diagnosis of the current situation of the company health and safety, occupational risks consecutively evaluated by performing risk landscape (Norma GTC 45) so that risks are identified with higher grade and generate recommendations and prevention activities; then the management system in health and safety is documented considering aspects of NTC-OHSAS 18001: 2007 and finally the benefit is determined - cost of this project in a way that is a guide for the company to implement and certifies its system of health and safety management
