Reestructuración administrativa, productiva y comercial de Estrucmetal A.V.V. Ltda.

Abstract

Este documento es el informe final de un arduo trabajo de grado para obtener el título de ingeniero Industrial de la Universidad Libre y ha dado origen a la investigación de una empresa dedicada al sector metalmecánico, este informe da por concluido el trabajo de grado y sirve de insumo al proceso investigativo de dicha empresa. El objetivo de la investigación es plantear y desarrollar estrategias en las diferentes áreas de la empresa que permitan un redireccionamiento hacia nuevas y mejores oportunidades de mercado para que esta sea más rentable, ya que la empresa se encuentra en un punto de liquidación total por falta de reingeniería. El desarrollo de la investigación comprende tres momentos: 1) la reestructuración administrativa, 2) la reestructuración productiva y 3) la reestructuración comercial de la empresa. El documento se compone desde una fase inicial sobre la ruta metodológica de la investigación hasta su fase actual, desarrollado en tres capítulos. El primer capítulo contiene el referente a las generalidades de la investigación, el segundo presenta todo el desarrollo metodológico y estratégico que se utiliza para llevar a cabo el cumplimiento de los objetivos y el tercer capítulo hace un análisis del impacto que generaron las estrategias en el objeto de investigación. This document is the final report grade hard work to get the Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Libre and has led to the investigation of a company dedicated to the engineering sector, this report terminating degree work and serves input to the investigation of the company. The aim of the research is to propose and develop strategies in the different departments of the company to allow a redirect to new and improved market opportunities for it to be more profitable, as the company is in liquidation point total lack of reengineering. The research development comprises three stages: 1) the administrative restructuring, 2) productive restructuring and 3) the company's business restructuring. The document is composed from an early stage on the route methodological research to its current stage, developed in three chapters. The first chapter contains generalities concerning research, the second presents the entire development and strategic methodology used to carry out the implementation of the objectives and the third chapter analyzes the impact that strategies generated in the object research.
