Los fondos mutuales y la protección de activos : caso fondo de transportes y accidentes de la Cooperativa de Transportadores de Occidente

Abstract

El estudio de caso, recoge la percepción que tienen los asociados de la Cooperativa de Transportadores de Occidente a cerca de los servicios ofrecidos por el fondo mutual de transportes y accidentes de la misma cooperativa en el municipio de Roldanillo, Valle. El análisis del estudio de caso inicia con una reseña del sistema de transporte terrestre en Colombia, pasando a la estructura del fondo mutual y sus principios, a través del instrumento de encuesta se obtiene información relevante que permite establecer los beneficios recibidos de pertenecer al fondo, la satisfacción de estar en el mismo entre otros, los resultados finales reseñan el grado de satisfacción que tiene el fondo mutual entre los asociados y el impacto generado con los servicios prestados en el fondo de transportes y accidentes de la cooperativa. The case study collects the perception that the associates of the Cooperativa de Transportadores de Occidente have about the services offered by the mutual fund for transport and accidents of the same cooperative in the municipality of Roldanillo, Valle. The analysis of the case study begins with a review of the land transport system in Colombia, moving to the structure of the mutual fund and its principles, through the survey instrument relevant information is obtained that allows establishing the benefits received from belonging to the fund, the satisfaction of being in the same among others, the final results outline the degree of satisfaction that the mutual fund has among the associates and the impact generated with the services provided in the transport and accident fund of the cooperative.
