Plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencias de la sede administrativa de la empresa social del estado E.S.E IMSALUD

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito la elaboración del plan de prevención, preparación ante emergencia de la sede administrativa de la ESE IMSALUD, su desarrollo se basó en tres objetivos, identificar los riesgos de infraestructura y de los procesos que pueda generar emergencias por desastres en la organización, establecer estrategias necesarias con base los requisitos legales que dé una respuesta adecuada en caso de emergencia, analizar la vulnerabilidad que se puedan presentar durante un evento adverso, el tipo de investigación que se utilizo fue descriptivo ,cualitativo, en la cual se estableció los factores de riesgo que se encuentra expuesto el personal , el primer objetivo se desarrolló utilizando la metodología del diamante de riesgo evaluando la identificación de amenazas en tres aspectos tecnológicos , naturales y sociales , donde se identificó amenazas clasificadas como inminentes en los aspectos tecnológicos y naturales que fueron ( movimientos sísmicos y atrapamientos) las otra amenazas identificadas fueron clasificadas como probables, el segundo objetivo estableció estrategias teniendo en cuenta las amenazas que fueron identificadas cumpliendo con la normatividad vigente, en el tercer objetivo se desarrolló teniendo en cuenta la metodología del diamante donde consistió en una serie de pregunta que se basan en tres variables personas , recursos, sistemas o procesos donde se obtuvo que los movimientos sísmicos y atrapamientos se encuentran en medio y que los incendios-corto circuitos – asaltos y hurtos se encuentran en bajo. De esta manera se logró la identificaron de amenazas y así se pudo establecer el plan de emergencia para que el personal que labora en ese lugar, se encuentre en condiciones de poder enfrentar cualquier tipo de calamidad catastrófica de emergencia. the purpose of this research was the preparation of the prevention plan, emergency preparedness of the administrative headquarters of the esms imsalud, its development was based on three objectives, identify the risks of infrastructure and the processes that can generate emergency due to disasters in the organization , establish necessary strategies based on the legal requirements that give an adequate response in case of emergency, analyze the vulnerability that may arise during an adverse event, the type of research that was used was descriptive, qualitative, in which the factors were established risk that the staff is exposed to, the first objective was developed using the risk diamond methodology, evaluating the identification of threats in three technological, natural and social aspects, where threats classified as imminent were identified in the technological and natural aspects that were ( seismic movements and entrapments) the other threats identified were classified as probable, the second objective established strategies taking into account the threats that were identified in compliance with current regulations, in the third objective was developed taking into account the methodology of the diamond where it consisted of a series of question that are based on three variables people, resources, systems or processes where it was obtained that seismic movements and entrapments are in the middle and that fires-short circuits - assaults and robberies are in low. In this way, threats were identified and the emergency plan could be established so that the personnel working in that place would be able to face any type of catastrophic emergency calamity.
