PROCAM riesgo alto y no alto, 4.3% y 95.7% respectivamente. ASCVD riesgo alto, moderado, borderline y bajo, 19%, 34.1%, 11.8% y 35.1% respectivamente. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Objective: To determine the prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors and stratify cardiovascular risk by applying the Framingham, PROCAM, ASCVD and SCORE2 scores. Materials and methods: A descriptive, longitudinal and retrospective study was carried out, which included patients over 18 years of age, belonging to socioeconomic level 1, 2 and 3 treated in the MiRed IPS cardiovascular risk program. Results: The sample was represented by 278 patients. The female sex prevailed in 79.9% with an age of 55 years, weight 73.6, height 159 cm, BMI 29. The most prevalent risk factors were: Overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome, sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy diet, total cholesterol elevated, elevated LDL cholesterol, and decreased HDL cholesterol by 75.8%, 67.9%, 67.2%, 65.6%, 58.4%, 37.7%, and 19%, respectively. The risk stratifications according to the predictive models were: Framingham high, moderate and low risk, 32.5%, 49.2% and 18.4%, respectively. PROCAM high and non-high risk, 4.3% and 95.7%, respectively. ASCVD high, moderate, borderline and low risk, 19%, 34.1%, 11.8% and 35.1% respectively. SCORE2 very high, high and low-moderate risk, 6.9%, 37.7% and 55.4% respectively. In the subgroup of individuals older than 70 years according to SCORE2, 52.5% had a high-risk classification. Conclusions: Patients belonging to the vulnerable population of low socioeconomic status have a high prevalence of overweight, obesity, metabolic syndrome, sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy diet, hypercholesterolemia and decreased HDL cholesterol associated with a high cardiovascular risk profile when applying the predictive models of Framingham, ASCVD, and SCORE2. | spa |
