Plan de acción para el control de los riesgos laborales en las empresas del sectoceramico en el municipio del el Zulia

Abstract

Esta investigación consiste en realizar un plan de acción para el control de los riesgos laborales en empresas del sector cerámico en el municipio del Zulia, sector del cual hay poco reporte de gestión del riesgo y control interno, la mayoría de estas empresas se abstienen de realizar la gestión para la seguridad y salud de sus trabajadores ya sea por falta de información, por evitar los gastos que esto implica, entre contratación de personal calificado para realizar la gestión, las medidas correctivas que se deben realizar y el tiempo que requiere, por lo tanto no se han realizado en la mayoría una valoración de los riesgos, es importante realizar campañas de concientización para informas a las empresas la importancia de cuidad la salud y seguridad de sus trabajadores.

This research consists of carrying out an action plan for the control of occupational hazard in companies in the ceramic sector in the municipality of Zulia, a sector of which there is little report of risk management and internal control, most of these companies are they refrain from carrying out the management for the safety and health of their workers, either due to lack of information, to avoid the expenses that this implies, between hiring qualified personnel to carry out the management, the corrective measures that must be carried out and the time required; Therefore, a risk assessment has not been carried out in the majority, it is important to carry out awareness campaigns to inform companies of the importance of taking care of the health and safety of their workers. Taking into account that companies are starting the risk management process, our objective is to carry out an analysis of the hazards and control of risks to which workers are exposed and which are the hazards with the highest risk of materializing, in this way deliver a detailed report of hazard characterization, risk control or elimination strategies and recommendations for corrective measures to implement, serving as support in the process of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, to carry out this investigation we will take as shown by 3 companies in the ceramic sector of the municipality of Zulia, which we will visit and analyze the working conditions of the operators.
