| dc.description.abstract | Se trata de una investigación-acción que tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de la retroalimentación de los compañeros más enseñanza reflexiva, como dos estrategias utilizadas para el cultivo como maestros profesionales. los investigadores, que al mismo tiempo eran la población, establecer una lista de pasos que les ayudaron a desarrollar un estudio sistemático de su práctica que fue visto desde dos puntos de vista, el maestro y el profesor observado observador. Estos pasos se inició con una revisión teórica que apoya las decisiones de lo que sería relevante conocer con el fin de organizar la investigación de la mejor manera, para obtener los resultados que podrían ser de gran beneficio para los maestros que pudieran leerlo. Entonces, los maestros decidieron los instrumentos que, según los teóricos, serían los más adecuados para recoger los datos que se necesitan para analizar y tener conclusiones. El siguiente paso fue fijar el horario que les permitió obtener la información sistematizada para finalmente, a través de una estrategia de codificación de colores, analizar la información y, para llegar a las conclusiones o resultados. Después de que se cumplieron los pasos, se propusieron las conclusiones y las nuevas metas, porque los investigadores reconocieron que el mayor aprendizaje de este estudio es que el trabajo de enseñanza es algo que nunca le permiten dejar de aprender. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This is an action research that aimed at analyzing the impact of peer feedback over reflective teaching, as two strategies used for growing as professional teachers. The researchers, that at the same time were the population, set a list of steps that helped them to develop a systematic study of their practice that was seen from two points of views, the observed teacher and the observer teacher. These steps started with a theoretical review that supported the decisions of what would be relevant to know in order to organize the research in the best way, to get results that could be of great benefit for teachers who could read it. Then, teachers decided the instruments that, according to the theoreticians, would be the best ones to collect the data that they needed to analyze and have conclusions. Next step was to fix the schedule that permitted them to get the systematized information to finally, through a color coding strategy, analyze the information and, to get the conclusions or results. After the steps were finished, the conclusions and the new goals were proposed, because the researchers recognized that the greatest learning of this study is that the teaching job is something that never let you stop learning. | Eng |
