Aplicación de las normas técnicas de seguridad industrial en Automatización y Control Ingeniería Ltda.

Abstract

El trabajo de grado está basado en la aplicación de las normas técnicas de seguridad industrial en la empresa AUTOMATIZACIÓN Y CONTROL INGENIERÍA LTDA., utilizando la legislación existente para tal fin, con el objetivo de minimizar los riesgos a los que se exponen día a día los empleados, contribuir con el bienestar de los mismos y aumentar la productividad en la empresa. Lo primero que se realizó fue la identificación de la legislación aplicable para el tipo de actividad económica de la empresa, y direccionar el estudio a las necesidades de la compañía. Posteriormente se realizó el diagnostico de la situación actual de la empresa frente a los requisitos legales básicos de salud ocupacional y seguridad industrial, y otro diagnostico para saber el cumplimiento de las normas legales Colombianas Vigentes. Se establecieron los planes de acción correctivos y preventivos para ajustar la situación de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por la normatividad Colombiana vigente. Se realizó el panorama de riesgos y la identificación de tareas críticas, el análisis de vulnerabilidad, se diseño un plan de implementación del diseño del sistema para que la empresa lo utilice. Finalmente se realizó el análisis financiero con el fin de establecer si la implementación del sistema es viable para la empresa y las medidas necesarias para que la compañía ajuste sus actividades a lo requerido por ley.

This degree paper was done with the aim of apply of technical standardsfor industrial safety in the company WILCOS S.A., using existing legislation tothat end, in order to minimize the risks to which the employees are exposed day after day, to contribute with the well-being of them and to increase the productivity of the company. The first stage the wasidentification ofthelaw applicable to thetype ofeconomic activityofthe company, and to align them with the company needs. The second stage was to make two diagnosis; the first one was of the current situation of the company comparing it against basic legal requirementsfor occupational healthandindustrial safety, the second one, evaluated the fulfillment of the legal Colombian regulations by the company. The third stage, was to established the corrective and preventive measures and plans of action to fit the situation of the company according to the requirements demanded by the Colombian Law and the specifications of technical standardsfor industrial safety. It also was developed a risks map and the identificationof critical tasks to analyse the vulnerability of the company and a plan of implementation for the system to be use by the company. Finally the financial analysis was done in order to know if the implementation of the system was feasible for the company or not and measures necessaryfor the company toadjust itsactivitiesas requiredby law.
