dc.description.abstract	Mediante el siguiente articulo se pretendio analizar la regulacion general del Dictamen Pericial y los cambios que ha sufrido, se observan las diferentes discusiones dadas al respecto del Dictamen Pericial en el ordenamiento juridico, mas exactamente con la presencia del Estatuto Arbitral, sin dejar de lado la regulacion que establece Codigo General del Proceso, frente a este tema.
