Diseño del modelo de mejoramiento en los procesos de la dirección administrativa del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional

Abstract

EL DISEÑO DEL MODELO DE MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS EN LA DIRECCION ADMINISTRATIVA DEL M.D.N. es un trabajo basado en la elaboración de estrategias para el mejoramiento de los procesos en una institución gubernamental, regida por los decretos mencionados en el documento, a través de un modelo administrativo creado para retroalimentar los procesos propuestos en el plan.

This strategic model has as end to formulate a change by means of which one will be able to administer in effective and efficient form the resources, means, people, team and time that are used in the processes of the Group Social Benefits, which generated a change in the development of the activities of the institution

These results were determined by means of a womb (dofa) where the strengths and internal weaknesses of the organization will be stood out that were in the analysis of the processes and work conditions as well as the threats and external opportunities that the group Social Benefits.

Leaving of this womb and critical points of the organization was determined for this way to be able to some strategies of improvement that elevate the productivity of the group to settle down and contribute to the execution of the processes with the minimum of involved resources.

After determining the organization the incidence of this it was analyzed in the processes that are executed in the group, for this way strategies that improve the development of the activities of the group to rush. They will be kept in mind aspects like they are it occupational health, analysis of functions, processes, control measures and acting evaluation.

Once analyzed and evaluated the current state of the processes will be necessary administration indicators that will allow to carry out the control and the feedback of the system, to settle down and this way to establish a permanent agreement between the processes and strategies
