Desarrollo del arquetipo del bio ladrillo bioblock a partir de cáscara de arroz mezclado con plástico y una mezcla aglutinante.

Abstract

El proyecto explica y muestra las posibilidades económicas y de producto que puede tener un nuevo producto como es el Bioblock para la industria constructora en Colombia. El Bioblock es un ladrillo hecho de forma casi artesanal y con el perfil ecológico, el cual fue realizado, por los autores del proyecto, con el fin de hacer parte de las construcciones no estructurales y de uso interior o exterior. El documento muestra como la historia del ladrillo y la evolución de la construcción ha contribuido a la contaminación del medio ambiente (especialmente construcciones con ladrillos convencionales), el cual quiere combatir el Bioblock reduciendo la contaminación con relación a los ladrillos convencionales. Por otra parte se puede observar su funcionalidad física y económica la cual, en cuanto a la funcionalidad, es la misma que los convencionales y en cuanto a la económica es más económica, de fácil manejo y de, posiblemente, mayores ingresos. This project show and explain the economic and production possibilities that could have a new product like is the Bioblock for the building industry in Colombia. The Bioblock is a brick made almost crafts and this is ecologic, it was making, for the project authors, for be part of the no structural of the buildings and of inside and outside use. This document show as the brick history and building evolution have contributed to the environment contamination (specially the conventional brick buildings), which the Bioblock wants fight reducing the contamination with relation to the conventional brick. On the other hand, can remark its physical and economic functionality which, in the physical functionality is even that the conventional and which to economic its more economic and easy trick than others, and possible entry greater.
