dc.description.abstract	El presente articulo describe el diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa ARBO Ingeniería SAS, a través de un tipo de investigación mixta descriptiva porque aplica dos variables distintas: la cualitativa ya que se evalúan características de las situaciones en las áreas laborales, las diferentes actividades y procesos propios de la empresa y la cuantitativa en cuanto a la generación de datos para medir los diferentes riesgos que sea identificados, además de los indicadores los cuales aportaran una herramienta vital para la evaluación de circunstancias. Pero se ha evidenciado que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo el cual esto puede acarrear con sanciones legales por las entidades de control y así mismo también podría exponerse a una eventual perdida de reputación a nivel comercial, teniendo en cuenta que la implementación del sistema facilitara un ambiente laboral adecuado a mediano plazo, mejorando el buen desempeño productivo y el bienestar de todos los trabajadores promoviendo su salud y seguridad en el área de trabajo, controlando cualquier tipo de riesgo, para evitar enfermedades y accidentes laborales.	spa
