dc.description.abstractSe realizó una revisión a las facturas emitidas por cuatro (4) Entidades gubernamentales, sobre cobros por prestación de servicios en salud, domiciliarios y otros, y se logra identificar que algunos Entes no cumplen con el formalismo total y adecuado en su emisión de facturas de venta o documentos equivalentes , logrando alcanzar un 72.41% sobre la muestra, no se identifica un objetivo claro para los procesos contables, el usuario pagó por el servicio y las facturas no cumplen con los requerimientos para ello y el usuario debe incurrir en buscar o identificar aspectos del prestador de servicio que sirven para las responsabilidades ante la dirección de impuestos y Aduanas (Dian) otro aspecto que se identificó es la multiplicidad de normas que regulan el tema de la facturación por el Estado las cuales son redundantes y confusas, los temas son repetitivos en Decretos, Resoluciones e incluso en el Estatuto Tributario.spa
