Estrategia de Experiencia de usuario para el Grupo Inmobiliario Paisaje Urbano sas en la ciudad de Cúcuta

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar estrategias de experiencia al usuario del grupo inmobiliario paisaje urbano S.A.S. en la ciudad de Cúcuta con el fin de generar una propuesta de trabajo futuro a raíz de una caracterización de variables y diagnóstico de las mismas. La investigación se enmarcó en variables cualitativas, pero, cuantificadas y estudiadas de forma estadística bajo la metodología descriptiva, estudiando una muestra de 64 usuarios de los diferentes proyectos del grupo empresarial. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos se demostró que el Grupo Inmobiliario Paisaje Urbano S.A.S. tiene unos resultados optimista de los instrumentos aplicados demostrando como un fuerte de su valor, la experiencia del usuario en su entorno del modelo de negocio, encontrando variables estudiadas donde la aceptación es del 100%, y solo en algunas variables baja a solo 95% de aceptación, por lo que son cifras muy relevantes para que la compañía genere esa confianza en que se está enfocando de forma correcta a las estrategias de experiencia de usuario. En conclusión, se logró apreciar que las variables de la experiencia de usuario estudiadas tienen una buena calificación solo encontrando casos específicos que a futuro se deberán estudiar como casos aislados por la insatisfacción de nuestra experiencia de usuario. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Abstract: The objective of this research is to design user experience strategies for the real estate group paisaje urbano S.A.S. in the city of Cúcuta in order to generate a proposal for future work based on a characterization of variables and their diagnosis. The research was framed in qualitative variables, but, quantified and studied statistically under the descriptive methodology. Among the results obtained, it was shown that Grupo Inmobiliario Paisaje Urbano S.A.S. has excellent results of the instruments applied, demonstrating as a strong value, the user experience in its business model environment, finding studied variables where the acceptance is 100%, and only in some variables it drops to only 95% of acceptance, so these are very relevant figures for the company to generate confidence that it is focusing correctly to the user experience strategies. In conclusion, it was possible to appreciate that the user experience variables studied have a good qualification only finding specific cases that in the future should be studied as isolated cases due to the dissatisfaction of our user experience.
