Feminicidio y violencia feminicida en Colombia. análisis empírico y comentario jurisprudencial desde una perspectiva victiminológica

Abstract

La presente investigación se propone estudiar la configuración del feminicidio como delito autónomo en Colombia. Para esto se realizará un recorrido por los diferentes discursos que existen sobre la mujer y lo femenino, así como también un análisis del contexto al que corresponden; y como la normatividad ha cambiado con el fin de garantizar un control efectivo sobre este delito. The present investigation study the configuration of feminicide as an autonomous crime in Colombia. For this, a tour will be made of the different discourses that exist about women and the feminine, as well as an analysis of the context to which they correspond; and how the regulations have changed in order to guarantee effective control over this crime.
