Diseño y aplicación de procedimientos en la superintendencia de sociedades conforme a la ley 550 de 1999

Abstract

Ésta tesis, aportó a la Supersociedades, procedimientos con información clara y suficiente, que brindan interpretación y aplicación del régimen legal, tanto para los funcionarios de ésta, como a los usuarios de la Ley, quienes buscan someterse a los acuerdos de reestructuración, con el fin de sacar sus empresas de la crisis financiera. También se presentó una posible asignación de 40 nuevas funciones, en la estructura de la Supersociedades, con el fin de buscar responsabilidad e idoneidad. This thesis, contributed to Supersocieties, procedures with information clear and sufficient, that they offer to interpretation and application of the legal regime, as much for the civil employees of this one, like a the users of the Law, who look for to be put under the reconstruction agreements, with the purpose of removing his companies from the financial crisis. Also a possible allocation of 40 new functions appeared, in the structure of the Supersocieties, with the purpose of looking for responsibility and suitability.
