Planeación, programación y control de la producción para la empresa Muebles y Accesorios Ruíz Carmona y Compañía Ltda

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la ciudad de Bogotá durante el período comprendido entre los años 2013 y 2014 en la cual participaron los diferentes colaboradores de la compañía tomando como base el análisis de sus procesos productivos. El objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en la construcción de un sistema para la planeación, programación y control de los procesos de producción de MUEBLES Y ACCESORIOS RUIZ CARMONA Y CIA LTDA, que permita la optimización de sus recursos, mediante el mejoramiento de los niveles de fabricación y cumplimiento a sus clientes. Todo esto con el fin de mejorar sus procesos y minimizar los impactos negativos que allí se encuentran y por ende generar un modelo productivo acorde a las necesidades de la organización. Concluyendo que el resultado derivado del estudio es positivo teniendo en cuenta que la empresa obtuvo beneficios organizacionales que la llevarán a cumplir con unos nuevos objetivos establecidos bajo el esquema de la ingeniería industrial.The present research was conducted in the Bogotá city during the period between 2013 and 2014 with the participation of different partners the company based on the analysis of their production processes.
