| dc.description.abstract | La Automatización Robótica de Procesos (RPA) es una tecnología clave en la transformación digital empresarial, ya que se destaca por liberar recursos humanos, reducir costos y mejorar la eficiencia. Este artículo analiza la aplicación de la RPA en el ámbito empresarial. Partiendo de la descripción del concepto de RPA, su impacto en el área empresarial, los criterios para determinar qué tareas pueden automatizarse, los beneficios que trae consigo la implementación de esta tecnología, al igual que las herramientas existentes en el mercado para desarrollarla, y finalmente se presentan casos de estudio exitosos, como el de una empresa de distribución de energía "Copel Distribuição S.A", un proveedor de telecomunicaciones móviles "Telefónica O2" y una entidad Bancaria como Bancolombia, evidenciando mejoras significativas en la eficiencia operativa y el retorno de inversión. | spa |
