Aplicación de normas técnicas en seguridad industrial para Syntofarma S.A.

Abstract

La aplicación de Normas Técnicas en Seguridad Industrial para Syntofarma S.A. se realizo con base a la normatividad vigente y aplicable a las actividades del proceso productivo de la línea tableteria de la organización. Se determinaron de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos de la evaluación de los requisitos legales mínimos que cualquier empresa debe cumplir de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el Ministerio de Protección Social y a la identificación de peligros y valoración de riesgos de las tareas realizadas en cada puesto de trabajo. La definición de las recomendaciones y medidas preventivas seguir, se establecieron en protocolos, programas, procedimientos y planes de trabajo, con responsabilidades definidas, herramientas para realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de lo descrito en dichos documentos y la fijación de indicadores de control y de gestión que permitan demostrar el mejoramiento continuo del Sistema de Seguridad Industrial ante los grandes contratantes.

The application of Technical Procedure in Industrial Security for Syntofarma S.A. I fulfil with base the laws in force and applicable to the activities of the productive process of the line compresion of the organization. They decided in agreement to the results obtained of the evaluation of the legal minimal requirements that any company must fulfill in agreement to arranged by the Department of Social Protection and to the identification of dangers and valuation of risks of the tasks realized in every working place. The definition of the recommendations and preventive measures to continue, tools were established in protocols, programs, procedures and plans of work, with definite responsibilities, to realize follow-up to the fulfillment of described in the above mentioned documents and the fixation of indicators of control and of management that allow to demonstrate the constant improvement of the System of Industrial Security before the big contractors.
