dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de normas técnicas de salud y seguridad en Mundial de Suelas Ltda., está fundamentado en la normatividad vigente tanto a nivel legal como técnico, esto aplicado a la línea de producción utilizada dentro de la fábrica. Las necesidades de la empresa fueron determinadas mediante el análisis de información adquirida, utilizando la herramienta del Ministerio de Trabajo sobre los requisitos mínimos legales que debe cumplir una empresa, la identificación y evaluación de los riesgos y la percepción de los operarios y jefes de la empresa. Mediante un manual de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, se generó un control a los riesgos, además del cumplimiento de los requisitos legales; en este se pueden encontrar herramientas y recomendaciones que se deben tener en cuenta en el momento de realizar la labor. Algunas de las actividades descritas dentro del manual de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, son efectuadas por la ARL positiva.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of technical standards of health and safety at Mundial de Suelas Ltda. is based on the current regulations to legal and technical level, this applied to the production line used in the factory. The business needs were determined by analysis of acquired information, using the tool of the labor ministry about the minimum legal requirements to be met by a company, theidentification and evaluation of risks and the perception of workers and managers of the company. With the help of a manual of health and safety at work, it controls the risks, and legal requirements are met, the manual has tools and recommendations that should be present at the time of the work.
