Desarrollo del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Universidad Libre – Bogotá

Abstract

El presente proyecto de grado desarrolló el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la Universidad Libre sede Bogotá, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a los requisitos legales y técnicos establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional, la cual pretende minimizar el número de accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades laborales mediante la identificación, cuantificación, priorización y control de los riesgos laborales en el lugar de trabajo para poder brindarles un mejor bienestar al personal de la Universidad. Para realizar el desarrollo del primer objetivo fue necesario elaborar el diagnóstico del estado actual de la Universidad con respecto al cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, argumentando y definiendo una política, responsables del sistema de gestión. De otra parte mediante la utilización y aplicación de la GTC 45 se elaboró la matriz de identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración del riesgo o diagnóstico de las condiciones de trabajo. E igualmente con base en el diagnóstico inicial e identificación de peligros, evaluación y control del riesgo se documentaron los diferentes procedimientos alineados a las exigencias legales y técnicas del Decreto 1443 de 2014.
