Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de la calidad en Dimalcco Ltda bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

En la actualidad, las empresas necesitan desarrollar estrategias que le permitan ser más competitivas para asegurar la fidelidad de sus clientes y alcanzar un crecimiento sostenible. Para esto, las compañías han guiado sus esfuerzos en la implementación de sistemas integrados de gestión, los cuales no solo les permiten obtener certificaciones, sino que también les permiten hacer que sus procesos sean más efectivos y más competitivos. De este modo, los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad se convierten en una alternativa viable para las empresas que deseen hacer que sus procesos sean más eficientes, por lo que su implementación mediante la guía de la NTC ISO 9001:2015 resulta ser una excelente opción. DIMALCCO LTDA consciente de la importancia de tener estos sistemas de gestión en sus procesos, y sin ser ajena a los cambios de los mercados, propende por trabajar por la calidad de sus productos y la eficiencia de los procesos. Por esta razón, el presente trabajo de grado se encamina en el desarrollo de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad que le brinde a la empresa todas estas herramientas para su mejora continua. Para esto, se hace necesario en primer lugar establecer un diagnóstico que permita identificar la situación actual de la organización, y con esto, tomar las medidas de aplicación de la norma internacional a través de la documentación y caracterización de los procesos, siempre que se identifiquen los riesgos y la manera de abordarlos. Asimismo, DIMALCCO LTDA establece un sistema de control estadístico que le permite asegurar la calidad de los procesos y reducir las problemáticas que actualmente posee en cuanto a la vulnerabilidad que tienen de que se generen inconformidades.

DIMALCCO LTDA, conscious of the importance of having these management systems in their processes, and without being foreign to the changes of the markets, tends to work for the quality of its products and the efficiency of the processes. For this reason, the present work of degree is directed in the development of a system of management of the quality that gives to the company all these tools for its continuous improvement. For this, it is necessary firstly to establish a diagnosis that allows to identify the current situation of the organization, and with this, to take the measures of application of the international standard through documentation and characterization of the processes, as long as they are identified the risks and the way of addressing them. Likewise, DIMALCCO LTDA establishes a statistical control system that allows it to assure the quality of the processes and that, this will reduce the problems that it currently has in terms of the vulnerability they have to nonconformities
