| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente artículo pretende hacer un estudio sobre la normativa que abarca la temática de la inclusión escolar, su evolución histórica y cómo ha sido manejada por el gobierno a través de sus diferentes programas que datan desde la Constituyente de 1991, haciendo énfasis en los antecedentes históricos sobre educación inclusiva según la UNESCO, la legislación sobre educación inclusiva en Colombia, y el marco jurisprudencial sobre educación pertinente y discapacidad cognitiva. Se pretende evaluar qué carencias posee esta legislación, pues si bien es cierto que la presente investigación está delimitada a un estudio jurídico, se usarán como ejemplos ciertas jurisprudencias que servirán para mostrar casos en donde la normativa se ha quedado corta. | spa |
