dc.description.abstractla gestión de ingresos, egresos y facturación electrónica enfrenta desafíos que dificultan la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento normativo. Para abordar estos problemas, el proyecto se centra en crear un manual de uso que optimice la gestión financiera y asegure el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias. El manual proporcionará instrucciones claras y prácticas para la digitalización de procesos financieros, la automatización de la facturación electrónica y la capacitación del personal. La innovación propuesta incluye la integración de herramientas tecnológicas que mejorarán la precisión y reducirán errores en las operaciones financieras del taller. Este proyecto no solo beneficiará a Talleres Lugal, sino que también puede ser replicado en otros talleres mecánicos. Al adoptar este manual, Talleres Lugal fortalecerá su competitividad, asegurando un manejo financiero más ágil y conforme con la legislación vigente, y posicionándose como un ejemplo de buenas prácticas en la industria automotriz local.spa

To address these problems, the project focuses on creating a user manual that optimizes financial management and ensures compliance with tax obligations. The manual will provide clear and practical instructions for digitizing financial processes, automating electronic invoicing and training staff. The proposed innovation includes the integration of technological tools that will improve accuracy and reduce errors in the shop's financial operations. This project will not only benefit Talleres Lugal but can also be replicated in other mechanical workshops.
