Este artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad del proyecto para la construcción de un edificio para vivienda familiar. La idea nació, con los 2 propietarios del lote ubicado en la carrera internacional esquina barro negro, al contemplar la opción de hacer una unión temporal (sociedad limitada. Principalmente, se describe al sector de la construcción, la demanda y oferta de apartamentos con características similares en la zona y las preferencias del cliente, además, se examinan los créditos disponibles tanto para inversionistas como para compradores, se analizan los precios de venta que se están manejando y por último, se evalúan criterios financieros convenientes. This study is done, with the objective to determine the feasibility for the investors, to construct a building with apartments for multifamily residence.
