Organización y métodos de registro y control y consultorio jurídico

Abstract

El documento realizado trata de revisar y actualizar la Oficina de Registro y Control y el Consultorio Jurídico de la Universidad a partir de la aplicación de nuevos instrumentos como lo es el desarrollo de un manual de Procesos y Procedimientos y un Manual de Funciones, con el fin de lograr un mejor desempeño de este órgano de la Universidad y así poder organizar de una forma más estructurada todo lo concerniente en los aspectos académicos administrativos de la comunidad educativa. The developed document tries to review and to update the Registry and Control Office and the University's Legal Consulting Office, starting from the application of new instruments as the development of manuals describing Processes and Procedures and a Manual of Functions, with the purpose of obtaining a better performance of this university organ and thus, to be able to organize in a more structured form all the issues concerning academic and administrative aspects of the educative community.
