| dc.description.abstract | El Sistema de Administración en Seguridad y Salud Profesional posibilita la gestión de riesgos en (S & SO) asociados con el negocio de una organización. El proyecto se ha desarrollado con el fin de dar dirección a la Asociación SAVIV Publicidad hacia un progreso constante, documentado y estructurado en el Sistema de Administración en Seguridad y Salud Profesional establecidos en la norma NTC OHSAS 18001 y así sucesivamente lograr uno de los elementos de Administración del sistema integrado. De esta forma, se diseñó y estructuró una Guía de Instrucciones con sus respectivos soportes, donde se especifican los parámetros para definir y mantener la política de S & SO, la identificación de peligros, evaluación y gestión de riesgos; reconocer y continuar con los objetivos en S & SO, establecer y mantener un Programa de Gestión en S & SO, definir y comunicar las responsabilidades y facultades, garantizar la capacidad del trabajador para realizar las funciones asignadas, para estimular la participación de las prácticas en S & SO a través de una solicitud y proceso de comunicación, establecer y mantener la información en un espacio adecuado, para gestionar toda la documentación e información necesaria por el Sistema de Administración en S & SO, para identificar los procesos y actividades relacionadas con reconocer los riesgos donde es indispensable utilizar un método de control, prepararse y reaccionar en las emergencias, identificar y frecuentemente determinar el servicio en S & SO, para investigar accidentes, incidentes y desacuerdos, para tomar acciones correctivas y preventivas; identificar, conservar y hacer uso de los informes S & SO; establecer y mantener un programa de auditoría periódica al Sistema de Administración en S&SO y finalmente verificar que “Alta Gerencia” revise en tiempo definido el Sistema de Administración en S & SO. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Administration System in Security and Professional Health make possible the management of risks in (S & SO) associated with the business of an organization. The project has been developed with the purpose of give direction to the SAVIV Association Publicity towards a constant progress, documented and structured in the Administration System in Security and Professional Health established in the NTC standard OHSAS 18001 and so to achieve one of the integrated system’s elements of Administration. In this way, it was designed and structured an Instructions Guide with their respective supports, where the parameters are specified to define and to keep the politics of S & SO, to design the dangers identification, evaluation and risks management; to recognize and to continue with the objectives in S & SO, to establish and to keep an Administration Program in S & SO, to define and to communicate the responsibilities and authorities, to guarantee the worker’s capacity to carry out the assigned functions, to stimulate the practices participation in S & SO through a request and communication process, to establish and to keep the information in a space appropriate, to manage all the documents and necessary information by the Administration System in S & SO, to identify the processes and activities related with recognize risks where it is indispensable to use control method, to get ready and to react in the emergencies, to identify and frequently to determine the service in S & SO, to investigate accidents, incidents and disagreements, to take corrective and preventive actions; to identify, to keep and to make use of the S & SO reports; to establish and to keep a period auditing program to the Administration System in S & SO and finally to verify that “Alta Gerencia” revises in defined time the Administration System in S & SO. | spa |
