| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enmarcó en el desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar el recaudo en el municipio de Balboa Risaralda, dentro de los cuales se encontraron varias recomendaciones de índole formal y dos recomendaciones de fondo que hacen referencia a la adquisición de un software para garantizar la trazabilidad de los procesos de fiscalización, así como también una armonización a conciencia del estatuto de rentas municipal con relación a los contribuyentes y su nivel de ingresos. De igual forma se realizó un trabajo articulado con los contribuyentes para recoger las necesidades e inquietudes que los mismos presentaban con el ánimo de tener las dos aristas correspondientes y generar un buen plan de mejoramiento para garantizar y mejorar el recaudo en el municipio de Balboa Risaralda. Dentro del proceso de investigación se identificó que algunos contribuyentes no son conscientes de la importancia de tener una cultura tributaria de pago, puesto que dentro de la aplicación de la encuesta se evidencio el temor a brindar la información al ser sujetos de una fiscalización por parte del municipio, aun mas desconociendo que destinación tienen los impuestos en el municipio y que la responsabilidad para el desarrollo social, cultural y económico del municipio depende directamente de este rubro, y no de las regalías como es la común percepción en el municipio. De igual forma se evidenció fuertemente la ausencia del estado al no realizar el acompañamiento a la población para realizar la respectiva concientización de lo que significa tributar, e informar los recursos pues estos sirven como herramienta importante para la toma de decisiones e identificar cuales sectores necesitarán más acompañamiento. | spa |
