Diseño y documentación del sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional basado en la norma OHSAS 18001-2007.

Abstract

ALCE LIENZOS Y CABALLETES LTDA. es una empresa manufacturera que esta situada en Bogotá D.C., dedicada a la fabricación de materiales profesionales para pintura al óleo y acrílico, como son los lienzos, caballetes y estuches desde 1987. Dado que ALCE LIENZOS Y CABALLETES LTDA. es una empresa que tiene una actividad laboral de alto riesgo como lo es la producción y manejo de herramientas pesadas esta debe fomentar la seguridad y bienestar de sus trabajadores. Por esta razón se hizo necesario el diseño y documentación del sistema de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional en la empresa, la cual hizo todo esfuerzo posible para que dicha labor se cumpliera. Teniendo en cuenta que la Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional no pretende solo la consecución de un ambiente laboral seguro y saludable sino también su conservación, y de ser posible, su perfeccionamiento, el diseño y documentación del sistema de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional, se realizo mediante indicadores de gestión, encuestas, entrevistas y observación directa en las instalaciones referentes al programa, que en conjunto contribuyen a alcanzar las metas propuestas. ALCE LIENZOS Y CABALLETES LTDA is a manufacturing company that is located in Bogota DC, dedicated to the production of professional materials for oil and acrylic painting, including canvases, easels and cases since 1987. Since ALCE LIENZOS Y CABALLETES LTDA is a company that has a high risk work activity as is the production and handling of heavy tools that should enhance safety and welfare of their workers. For this reason it became necessary to design and documentation system for Industrial Safety and Occupational Health in the company, which made every effort to ensure that this work would be fulfilled. Given that the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health aims not only to achieve a safe and healthy working environment but also preserve and, if possible, its processing, the system design and documentation of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health, was conducted through management indicators, surveys, interviews and direct observation at the facility relating to the program, which together contribute to achieving the goals.
