| dc.description.abstract | En los análisis técnicos que elaboran las instituciones de control nacional no se alcanza a dimensionar realmente las vicisitudes por las que deben pasar los pacientes, usuarios y el sector asegurador para utilizar y hacer cumplir con lo establecido en las normas que amparan los servicios de ambulancias en nuestro país. Es lamentable la realidad de un servicio médico tan esencial y que salva vidas, este análisis deja más preguntas que respuestas; estamos en una pandemia de corrupción que vive nuestra sociedad, que le hace mucho daño al país y por su puesto a nuestra ciudad, por lo tanto, es un proyecto crítico y gestor de soluciones. | spa |
