| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente artículo se concentra en el análisis desde las ciencias jurídicas del fenómeno social de la Tercerización, como instrumento de contratación laboral. Se analizaron las consecuencias positivas y negativas de su aplicación, de acuerdo a la regulación normativa vigente, los diferentes pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales y doctrinales; y las distintas influencias que se generan en la empresa beneficiaria y el trabajador vinculado mediante esta figura jurídica. | spa |
