| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se pretendió demostrar que con el surgimiento de la carga dinámica de la prueba, dentro de los procesos de responsabilidad civil médica y las facultades jurisdiccionales que el juez adquirió, adicionalmente, se logró un equilibrio procesal entre las partes, para lo cual se trabajó la siguiente estructura: Responsabilidad civil médica en Colombia; La prueba dentro de los procesos de responsabilidad civil médica; La carga dinámica de la prueba; Facultades del Juez civil a nivel probatorio en los procesos de responsabilidad médica a partir del surgimiento de la carga dinámica de la prueba; Hallazgos; Conclusiones y Bibliografía. | spa |
