Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el sector educativo (régimen especial: docentes) : caso piloto: Institución Educativa Ciudadela Cuba de Pereira

Abstract

En la ciudad de Pereira se plantea formular una propuesta de Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la Institución Educativa Ciudadela Cuba de Pereira, la cual se idea desde un concepto universal de la prevención, el cuidado y promoción de la salud, al igual que con una necesidad de afianzar el conocimiento del tema requerido por los administradores de empresas y abogados. Para un tema de actualidad como este se realizó una revisión de estudios previos que alimentaran la formulación para buscar cada vez un resultado más perfecto. La institución Educativa Ciudadela Cuba cuenta con la particularidad de ser el colegio con mayor número de estudiantes de la ciudad de Pereira, este es un aspecto interesante, ya que recoge una mayor cantidad de experiencias en el centro educativo que requieren atención y sugiere su estudio, por ello el planteamiento de realizar 67 encuestas a docentes y directivos docentes de la Institución Educativa Ciudadela Cuba; y cinco (5) entrevistas a expertos(as). Al momento de escribir este artículo se ha abierto un panorama incesante en la gran labor que tiene este tema dada su relevancia, a su vez, de la necesidad del empoderamiento de los directivos de las organizaciones para buscar la mejora continua de los sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, adelantándose de esta manera, con el cumplimento de la normatividad vigente para buscar brindar el bienestar de la comunidad objetivo. El equipo de investigación resalta la disposición de los terceros para aportar al estudio y avanzar en búsqueda del fin del mismo. In the city of Pereira, it is proposed to formulate a proposal for the Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the Educational Institution Ciudadela Cuba de Pereira, which was conceived from a universal concept of prevention, care and promotion of health, as with a need to strengthen the knowledge of the subject required by business administrators and lawyers. For a current issue such as this, a review of previous studies that fed the formulation was carried out to find a more perfect result every time. The Educational Institution Ciudadela Cuba has the particularity of being the school with the highest number of students in the city of Pereira, this is an interesting aspect, since it gathers a greater amount of experiences in the educational center that require attention and suggests their study, for this reason, the approach to carry out 67 surveys of teachers and educational directors of the Educational Institution Ciudadela Cuba; and five (5) interviews with experts. At the time of writing this article, an incessant panorama has been opened in the great work that this subject has given its relevance, in turn, of the need for the empowerment of the managers of the organizations to seek the continuous improvement of the management systems of occupational safety and health, advancing in this way, with compliance with current regulations to seek to provide the welfare of the target community.
