dc.description.abstractSe ha realizado una revisión literaria narrativa en torno a los conceptos de actividad física y salud, analizado posturas de organismos internacionales y diversas opiniones de expertos en el campo. Se busca proporcionar una visión actualizada de elementos subyacentes y factores relevantes para comprender su interrelación e impacto. Además, se realizó una investigación mediante entrevistas con docentes de educación física de la Secretaría de Educación para conocer sus concepciones sobre el tema. El estudio brindará una visión integral de cómo se aborda este tópico, identificando sus concepciones y prácticas. Los hallazgos pueden permitir al macroproyecto determinar que tanta diversidad en cuanto a propuestas programáticas existen en torno al tópico de actividad física y salud entre los docentes de Educación Física del Distrito.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishA narrative literature review has been conducted on the concepts of physical activity and health, analyzing positions from international organizations and various expert opinions in the field. The aim is to provide an updated perspective on underlying elements and relevant factors to understand their interrelation and impact. Additionally, an investigation was carried out through interviews with physical education teachers from the Department of Education to understand their conceptions on the topic. The study will offer a comprehensive view of how this subject is addressed, identifying their conceptions and practices. The findings can enable the macro project to determine the extent of diversity in programmatic proposals regarding the topic of physical activity and health among physical education teachers in the District.spa
