Abstract

La planeación estratégica es una noción que ha ido ganando terreno en la administración de todas las organizaciones del siglo XXI, y han surgido múltiples metodologías que presentan una forma de incorporarla a las empresas con mayor o menor resultado, pero una sola herramienta de por si no garantiza que la planeación estratégica sea totalmente implantada es por esto que es aconsejable determinar un sistema de gestión y control estratégico bajo los lineamientos de una teoría, en este caso el Balanced Scored Card, y que a su vez permita la integración de otros aspectos para así lograr una solución que se ajuste a las necesidades de la compañía. Las distintas teorías deben adaptarse adecuadamente a las realidades de las empresas que las apoyan para de estar forma convertirse en soluciones efectivas y reales, razón por la que un sistema de gestión y control estratégico está llamado a mediar entre las necesidades de la empresa y las soluciones que desde la academia se proponen para determinar la mejor forma de atacar los problemas detectados, manteniendo objetivos concretos y permitiendo una evolución constante de la empresa y las técnicas utilizadas
